Appliqué T-shirts 1-5 years

Appliqué /əˈpliːkeɪ/ Noun: ornamental needlework in which pieces of fabric are sewn on to larger piece to form a picture or pattern.

Tugu T-shirts are made of a soft cotton tri-blend. My hand-collaged characters are printed onto big rolls of linen fabric. I carefully cut around each character and sew him/her onto the t-shirt using a tiny zigzag stitch. Each t-shirt is unique, and the edges of the animals fray slightly when washed, giving a fun & textured effect.
